Greg Weiner, Partner
Greg Weiner has over 17 years of industry and consulting experience with a strong emphasis on sourcing/outsourcing, network deployments, and the telecom industry. He was previously a Vice President of Strategy and Business Development with Mobilitie, a wireless infrastructure owner with tower and fiber assets across the country. Prior to Mobilitie he was a co-founder and CIO of Pace Harmon, a boutique consultancy focused primarily on supply chain and strategic sourcing.
Greg has led dozens of strategic sourcing and outsourcing transactions and negotiated multiple lease agreements (cell towers) and amendments. He has had leadership roles in several large scale network buildouts in the US as well as in countries across South America. He has also conducted numerous IT and Network outsourcing initiatives across multiple industries and has supported clients on asset and company acquisitions and integrations.
Greg is a cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan with a BSE in Computer Engineering.


Shaun Cohen, Partner
Shaun Cohen has over 25 years of industry and consulting experience, combining operational and financial expertise to deliver outstanding results. He has led operations teams to design and implement wireless network deployment and backhaul, managing multiple vendors to meet project schedules and budgets.
He has managed finance and accounting teams, both as a CFO and as a project consultant to improve reporting, cost analysis and accounting compliance. He has led acquisitions, turnarounds, due diligence efforts, and deal negotiations. Prior to joining Pace Harmon, a boutique consulting firm focused on sourcing and IT strategy, he was the Chief Financial Officer for a national home inspection company and the Chief Financial Officer of a VoIP service provider.
Shaun has led dozens of strategic sourcing transactions across a broad spectrum of materials, services and equipment. He has had leadership roles in several large-scale network and backhaul build-outs in the US.
Shaun is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business with an MBA, and a graduate of Princeton with a BSE in Electrical Engineering.


Andrew Sheridan, Principal
Andrew Sheridan has over 15 years of consulting experience supporting both telecommunications clients and blue-chip clients that leverage telecommunications services. This includes over 11 years of ‘big 4’ consulting experience. Andy has established a reputation for driving results in complex environments.
His focus is on operational strategy, including telecom network and IT outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, and sourcing strategy (including small cells services sourcing).
Andy has successfully led and project managed the structuring and negotiation of complex managed services contracts, infrastructure transformation for mergers and divestitures, and telecom sourcing. His experience extends across telecommunications, media and technology industries.
Andy is a graduate of the Queen’s University of Belfast, Northern Ireland, with a BSSC in Information Management.


Daniel Vitulich, Principal
Daniel has over 20 years of industry and management consulting experience helping clients with telecom technology strategy, business readiness and operation improvements.
Over the course of his career, he has worked with wireless network and cable operators, technology vendors, tower operators, and systems integrators. Daniel has managed the planning and execution of large telecom programs integrating new technology solutions and transforming business operations.
He has a reputation for structuring and driving large and complex strategic initiatives, including technology innovation, network infrastructure deployment, strategic sourcing, business operations modeling and organization design.
During his time in the technology sector, Daniel helped wireless technology vendors with the development of new markets in North and South America, leading the process to obtain product regulatory approvals and developing key regional partners for product and sales support.
Daniel is a graduate of the Blas Pascal University of Cordoba, Argentina, with a M.Eng. in Telecommunications Engineering.
